First, find yourself a nice bird.


Be sure to remove the wrapper.



Please be sure to empty out the nastiness.



There, nice and cleaned out.



Pick your poison(s)...



...and spice it up!



Chop some lemons and garlic...



...and shove 'em in!



Ready for the oven!

Bake for about 2 and a half hours, or until that little white timer pops up.



Have your husband carve the bird, then enjoy with mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls and broccoli!
